Natasha Is an award winning Community Champion and Qualified Primary Teacher with more than 20 years' experience of working within education and community settings including in a senior management capacity.
Her past roles include: Teaching, Choice Advisor, Learning Mentor and Parent Worker with expertise in supporting parents and young people. Achieving celebrated successes by working alongside children and families to improve behaviours, raise self-esteem and efficacy, develop parenting capacity, strategies, routines and access opportunities; Using bespoke programmes and resources that she devises to run groups and 1:1 sessions. She is accomplished in applying for funding to support families and advocating on their behalf.
She has been highly commended for her classroom management strategies and creating excellent behaviour for learning environments at school and in the home.
A mother of 5 children with varying levels of needs; Natasha has a natural flair for communicating and engaging with a wide range of people. She has a passion for using mentoring and advocacy to promote confidence, lifelong learning, positive outcomes and opportunities for all and is committed to empowering individuals to take realistic, achievable steps that level the playing fields of life.
