Level 1List Item 1
Telephone consultation for which the first 30 minutes is free of charge. Any additional time will be charged at a rate of £40 per hour. This includes a minimum charge of one hour for research purposes. Consultation at this level is ordinarily via telephone support.
At this level we collect initial detailed information relating to the case and explain the relevant appeal process. (Clients may be asked to complete questionnaire to assist research). The data collected at this point will be used to research the case prior to meeting.

Level 2List Item 2
One to one case review meeting: £80
This may include review of the appeal and the admission authority’s case based on two hours and one appeal. Any time over two hours will be charged at the hourly rate of £35. Any travel cost will be added to cost after consultation. Alternatively meetings may be contacted via video link.
Individual requirements will be discussed based on case needs.

Level 3List Item 3
Appeal and general case preparation support: £200
Supporting parents to write their own appeal case which includes research and reviewing the SEN or admissions code of practice. Looking over an individual case using current knowledge to guide and advising on supporting evidence, strategies, process and discussing the next stages.
If there is more than 1 appeals case to be worked on, an agreement will be made, (prior to starting)on any additional time and cost needed and this will be charged at £35 per hour.
For EHCP - supporting with the mediation process as required.

Level 4
Production of appeals or Request for Assessment: Prices start from £350 and will be negotiated and agreed prior to commencing.
Services at this level may include advocacy at appeal on behalf of parent following the preparation of the case. Attending meetings with parent and acting as their support/representative and any additional costs to be decided and agreed according to the case requirement.

Consultancy
All Education, EDI and Safeguarding consultancy is based on a minimum hourly rate of £50 and day rate of £450 subject to negotiation and agreement

Any other services
Any other services including facilitation, mentoring and policy support will be carried out following discussion and agreement of fees/terms with the client. Based on the minimum hourly rate of £35 and will be calculated case by case depending on the task being commissioned. All fees to be agreed at the outset.

Deposit
All work undertaken will be subject to a deposit of 50% of agreed fee prior to commencement and the balance to be paid promptly on completion. Any additional fees incurred over the initial estimate to be confirmed in writing and agreed.
